Well, I could be unkind and say that perhaps it's not that you're too loose, but that your b/f could be, um, larger. But I won't
Either way, it can't hurt for you to do Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This helps to tighten up the vagina. Women used to be told to locate these muscles by trying to stop the flow of urine while going to the bathroom. Now it's been learned that's not a good idea as it can cause urinary tract problems. Instead, insert a finger or two inside your vagina and squeeze. If you feel your vagina tighten, that's the muscles pushing in on each side. Relax and feel your muscles go back to the starting point. Keep contracting and relaxing.
Nobody can see you do these exercises, so doing them at any time is a good time -- if you're stopped at a red light, watching TV, reading or being bored by someone talking at you. And
do them often during the day. Increase the length of contractions as you get used to doing the exercises and soon you'll feel the muscles become stronger.
If you really can't find your pelvic floor muscles, ask your doctor or health care provider. And don't be embarrassed, they've heard it all before.
