OMG!!! I absolutely love mr. jay. He is pretty much the only reason I watch ANTM. I wish I could meet him.

He's my favorite of the panel. He does his job fantastically, tells each girl what to do to improve herself, and is very smart.

I agree HopeDiamond! I think he does a wonderful job on the show and he has such style doing it too.

I admire Jay Emanuel. He's very good at what he does. I admire Ms. Jay too. Both complement ANTM very well.

Tyra pretty much got it right when she involved them in the show.

I know! He is amazing! Not only is he soooo sexy, he helps those in need(models) look fabulous!! you gotta love that!

OMG, I had never watched season 1 before an Jay looks so different with his brown hair. I have been laughing the whole show since he has been on, LOL

I love him too. The calm smooth sweet way he

hun, you're cofusing jay manuel, the one who directs the shoots, with Ms J who is the runway coach. i think jay manuel does a great job with directing the girls and mentoring them with their poses. ms j is absolutely fabulous and makes me laugh every show. he makes the show very fun to watch.

He seems like a very nice and kind person. I also bet he is a blast to hang out with.
