I honestly think Renee from Cycle 8, was probably the WORST mistake, Tyra made, As far as casting is concerned.

I completely agree! That's why I came on the board just now -- to post about that bi*ch Renee! She talks such smack, especially about the girls she is JEALOUS of!! Renee is the POSTER GIRL of "reflection". She accuses them of being what SHE is, herself.

She JUST NOW claimed that was going to "try to act nicer." She just announced her intentions of being FAKE from here on out! THIS should be interesting!

(I think Cycle 8 was on during the time I was hospitalized for a brain surgery [cerebellar, not frontal! *grin*], and THEN for an infection FROM the surgery that went from the incision site to the lining around the brain and then went systemic! [Not exactly my best year...] But I know I was nicer than Renee, even with the pain from having part of skull hacked off, and then being SO SICK that I don't remember much after that!)

Absolutely. She was highly jealous and manipulative of all her competitors. She went after Brittany because she was afraid Brittany was going to win until Brittany got sent home. Then she went after Natasha because she was afraid Natasha was going to win. She did it by manipulation of turning all the girls against Natasha. I believe Natasha should have won. The way she handled to skirt falling off at the fashion show, I don't belive Jaslene would have been able to pull that off.

I loved Renee! At first I think she was trying to be all bad,....but then she grew and realized that she needed to be real. I know....I'm going to be hammered for this one!

I just hope that Renee herself has read all the not-so-lovely things people from all over has expressed about her. Perhaps -- and I express that lightly, but perhaps she'll really and truly see the errors of her ways and try to become a nicer person, if that's at all possible for someone with such a nasty personality. Ugh!!

ok first of all, the girl in the top four of cycle twelve (can't remember her name), the tall blonde, looked older than renee in her pictures. i have to say i admire renee for going for ANTM because she didn't just do it for herself. she did it for her husband and child. if i had that opportunity, i would have done the same thing. Second of all, I think we can all agree here that whitney, the cycle 10 winner proved her wrong about full figured and plus sized models. renee was manipulative towards the other girls in the house and frankly, a bitch. overall, her photos did come out better than the other girls. i actually was rooting for natasha and renee for the final two. natasha just had a unique personality and she brought a brightness to the pannel and the shoot as cross dressers, i don't think i laughed so hard in my life when she came out acting like a rapper. jaslene just didn't do much for me as far as personality. she really didn't have the spark as the other two in the top three. she is beautiful, but it took her awhile to get out of that one look. while the renee and natasha switched it up and gave more poses to choose from.
