I was watching an old episode of SNAPPED and Amy DeChant was convicted and was to get out in '08. Did she get out?

I don't think so, I googled her name and according to what I just read she was got 2 life terms with no parole.

The high court ruled in favor of Amy DeChant, overturning her October 1998 conviction for the murder of Bruce Weinstein. The conviction resulted in a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
