I viewed the show about Bob Dorotick's murder at least 3 times. It says in the beginning that there were footprints found at the crime scene. The size did not match the wife's shoe size.
They never went back to that after finding the clean up job in the bedroom.
I think the daughter was involved one way or another. A professional marathon runner that is in top physical condition would have bigger feet than someone who was not as active.
These detectives did not look into the matter thourgly enough.

I agree; he did seem to be a little peeved that it wasn't all about him. She seemed to have her own interests, so maybe he felt left out. I've always thought the daughter helped too and there didn't seem to be too much love lost between her and her dad. They didn't have to kill him though.
