We want to hear from you! Do you think this season is better than last season? Why? And what do you like/dislike? What would you like to see happen this season?
beebee
I like this season better, mostly because the kids are so cute!
MissMe
Has the new season premiered yet? I can't tell which season I like more because I haven't watched the new season, but I like it because it's a new season so it's exciting and it's new. smile.gif

I'm starting to like this show more and more. I was watching reruns and I think Tori and Dean are a great couple and the kids are adorable.... especially Liam with his cute face and silly tantrums.

Well......while I agree with your basic point here, which is similar to mine in the thread "Yes, pull it please"-- I have to take exception to categorizing all viewers as stupid losers. I was pretty annoyed when I first posted here, after I watched a few episodes during the retrospective of the whole series last week--my first and last time. Prior to that I only knew of Tori Spelling as a the daughter of Aaron Spelling, and a member of 90210, which I've never watched. I actually can't consider myself a fan of any entertainment celebrity, but I do admire certain famous people in other fields. This show does seem particularly vacuous, but........

I 've been on this forum for a week or so and it's clear that people here get different things from this show, and other shows like it. Yes, there's a fair bit of mindless celebrity worshipping or drama-addiction, true-- but also some people here relate to some of the issues of these two people --juggling small kids and career, family dynamics, etc.....and they feel that they can somehow relate to T & D, or at least what they perceive of them through the serious editing of footage that's shown.

As long as they don't buy too heavily into the lifestyle and values--and believe that celebs are somehow superior and worth emulating--- it seems a harmless pastime. I also suspect that many hardcore viewers would get caught up in any so-called reality show about average people--let's face it, human dynamics can be interesting, and downright addictive for some. But, I'd personally be in favour of far less "reality" TV these days, because underneath it all, they drain time from a person living their one and only individual life.

Just because this kind of show doesn't do it for me or you, that doesn't mean that ALL fans are unintelligent or "losers". It's braincandy, at best, and a little of that goes a long way, and it has no intellectual nutrition, but we can't control how others use their minds..... and so be it...... tongue.gif

I repeat, Oxygen could do a far better job of programming ! I saw a classic film based on Jane Austen's writings on Oxygen last night--more of that, please ! smile.gif

Thank You smile.gif ...no...not all of us fans are losers or unintelligent...I appreciate you sticking up for some of us....even though the show is not your cup of tea..not everything that is on television is for everyone . There are several "reality shows"..I simply cannot stand. You said something in your post that really got me thinking...imagine that..LOL laugh.gif j/k....its where you said that some of us can relate to T & D. I myself...cannot relate to her as far as her lifestyle..and how she always wants everything to be done on a "grand scale"..if ya know what I mean...but I didn't come from a wealthy background like she did...if you have never been "without money"...then you don't know what it is like. Just like I do not know what it is like to walk in a store and not look at the price tag before I buy something...I am a shoe freak...(thats my weakness)...I have a baby daughter and I am known for keeping her in cute dresses...shoes...and bows in her hair..its a blast to shop for a baby girl biggrin.gif ..anyways...Tori to me is a special person....before anyone attacks me..let me explain...Tori grew up a certain way...we all know the drama surrounding her Mom and the fact they just don't get along. Now...Tori (being used to buy whatever and do whatever) is feeling the pressure to keep up that lifestyle.
Dean very openly admitted that Tori is the breadwinner in that relationship.
This season is much different to me...I see her starting to crack under the pressure of trying to keep up with... or... get back to that lifestyle she had when she was growing up. I also see the resentment...as Tori herself talked about in the season premiere..she feels like she is doing it all...we all feel that way sometimes...so you are correct on the fact that some of us can relate...even with people from Tori's background...I think that is why I watch it...I see that just because you live in Hollyweird...and are chasing jobs for a paycheck... a lot of times they are no different than we are. I'll end with this..and I think that you will see...that everything Hollyweird is not good! When they have had award shows..and they do that whole red carpet thing...as our economy is in the tank....people I know have lost their jobs..homes...have no medical insurance..etc. They even talked about "scaling back" on the Oscars because of the economy...well...from what I saw...I didn't see anything "scaled back"....but that is HOLLYWEIRD for ya. wink.gif I really felt like it was absolutely ridiculous for people to ask "Who are you wearing?"...give me a break..so I changed the channel. wink.gif

To dogdog1...if ya don't like it..do what I have done...CHANGE THE CHANNEL...its not gonna do me any good to get in a twist about it....GEEZ...dude...seriously...ITS TV...or as my Dad use to call it...the "boob tube" laugh.gif .....its not brain surgery..or a peace treaty for Christs sake. blink.gif

Anywho...to sum it up...I like Tori....not sure about Dean yet...and I absolutely LOVE their children. I see Stella and Liam and can't help but smile...they are so CUTE!!!....
I see Liam is going to have some meltdowns coming up as he approaches those terrible two's. Well..there are my 2 cents wink.gif

Well, there you go.....: )....you've said what I was indicating, but far better. I'm an open-minded person, and realized that my initial tirade towards Oxygen offended some of the fans--which was not my intention at the time. I should have stated it better, but I was hot under the collar at the time with all the constant bombardment of advertising for the show. ( Thankfully, that's died down now........... tongue.gif )

I don't think most people can relate to the financial lifestyles of Hollywood elite, either. I personally grew up with money, but that ended when I left home --as my parents intended. We had to make it on our own, which I have worked to do. In
an important way, the best thing for Tori would be to NOT inherit more than she already will ( which is an enormous sum by most standards, by not by that of her parents or Hollywood).....we learn far more in life if we have to make our own way.
I'm sure she has no idea how to live on normal budget--but we can't hold that against her. Just her ideas about decorating and entertainment are way beyond the norm ! When I called her spoiled, I believe that she has been--but kids do not decide how much their parents lavish upon them.

I'm guessing she would be completely shocked at how many people in the world live, but then she's clearly been impoverished emotionally by her parents, though--and that's life. No one has a perfect situation--all humans suffer one way or another. I think the kids are her opportunity ( and hopefully his ) to really learn and grow--and just think what wonderful things she could do with her celebrity and money, then. From what I've read here, lots of moms and daughters are relating to her situation with her mother; I have a mother like hers, so I can most definitely understand the pain--and anyone can see that THAT is real for her. If they can ever make a break through, it won't be under the limelight, though--and the issues are deepening with the continuous airing of it all. It's never a good idea to try these things in the court of public opinion....

Sigh.....I would think that the entertainment community in general would tone down the glitz during these hard times. You're so right, people are HURTING out there....many I know personally. There are serious issues with the world today. Some would say all the more reason to lose yourself in "television light", which is fine. I've always avoided the Oscars, and some actors do, as well--because it's a bit much in that these people have already been blessed with amazing careers and opportunities and perks--and to publicly award each other seems bizarre by my standards. But, at least there are those actors and celebs who really give back and are generous with their money and time for worthy causes, too.

Best of luck with your baby daughter, from a fellow shoe person ( on a budget ).

Thank You smile.gif ...I so totally know what you mean...I agree with you!!
That is what I really admired about Princess Diana...when she was alive she made sure William and Harry saw what it was like for people in third world countries to be ill....dying...and have no food to eat.
It was the opposite for me...I grew up in a home with a stay at home Mom..(I got one of those Moms too..OY!!! huh.gif )..Dad that worked and 3 kids...it was a different time then..so my Mom budgeted. When I turned 18...I had to work to put myself through college...and bought my own new car...that is really when you appreciate things is when you have to pay for them yourself...(not Mom & Dad).

I have seen actors talk about not living in Hollywood...and not wanting their kids to be Hollywood brats..(there are already too many..LOL) Tori has been impoverished emotionally by her parents...that makes me sad...money can buy a lot of things..but not life lessons. Tori is learning a lot of those now. Many of them she should have been exposed to already. I see her struggling now..and as a mom myself...if I didn't have a husband with a steady job..I would have done "lost it"!
This economy has hit us all. Ya know what gets me??..is with one "flip of a switch"...none of this will even matter anymore..have you been reading about that?...OMG. ohmy.gif ...
When I read the part about what some wealthy actors do with their money..it makes me want to go and see their movies..(well..depends on who it is..LOL)

I really enjoy reading your posts....from one fellow shoe person (definitely on a budget)....to another.. smile.gif
Best of luck to you as well smile.gif

Thank you, NoNewbie, you seem very intelligent AND sweet, and I'm glad to know you're a Mom with that winning combination. I have a fabulous husband myself, so I can really relate to that kind of support--makes a huge difference. And, yes, things ARE scary out there these days. Let's hope reason and sanity prevail in the long run !

As for Princess Diana, you can see that even though her kids were young when she died, she did a fantasic job of instilling values ( look at her son's work with AIDS victims in Africa )....she had a rarefied life even before she married into the royal family, but she was determined to understand the way most people lived and impart that lesson. I'm an admirer of Mother Teresa, and I recall that she had a huge impact on Diana......and I think that the way Brad and Angelina have used their celebrity to do good works is inspiring--maybe Tori will get on that track one day.

Thanks for being a kind and rational voice here.... smile.gif

Aww..Thank You....You are VERY intelligent AND sweet smile.gif
It does make a huge difference...it takes so much more now than it use to.

I am keeping my fingers crossed hoping things will get better and reason..sanity..and peace will prevail.
I absolutely adored Princess Diana..her sons are such well-rounded individuals.
I saw a trip William made...not that long ago..he was traveling to different areas....talking to Doctors about treatments for people with HIV and AIDS...I got emotional because it reminded me of Diana. I remember thinking "You did a great job Diana". Yes..I remember Diana visiting Mother Teresa..and after wards hearing her talk about the experiences she shared with her.
Brad and Angelina have used their celebrity to do great things.
Just last week Brad was on the Today show and Ann Curry was interviewing him...Ann Curry was making a big deal about him and telling him how handsome he was and on and on..Brad did not like that..he said something like "lets talk about something else", or "that is enough of that"...I can't quite remember his exact wording...but he set her straight pretty quick (it might even be on youtube.com)
You could really tell Ann felt awkward after Brad told her that.
Angie and Brad amaze me. She was all over the place when she was pregnant doing work for the UN. Brad is still working on the housing in Louisiana from Hurricane Katrina. I really admire them.

I too get tired of Oxygen continuously repeating the upcoming shows..I always have to change the channel cuz I get sick of listening to it.

I'm so glad I've gotten to speak (e-speak..LOL) on line with you...you are truly a very sweet and wise person...Thank You smile.gif

Wow! What a nice thing to read, that's very kind of you......and I agree, I read Brad Pitt as not being into the celebrity thing--just the acting itself ( there IS a difference, and you'll notice that the most talented actors tend to avoid the spotlight when not working....). It's very clever how he and Angelina have turned fame on its head and even used the Paparrazzi stalkings to up the bidding on their baby pics in order to raise money for important causes. Since those pics would be taken for pure profit anyway, it was an inspired idea.

Yes, I like also that they've been helping build homes in the Gulf states, which are still a disaster four years post--Katrina. I volunteered for six months coordinating rescue and supplies into the region myself, and I can tell you that so much is still needed there. Another famous couple who have gotten involved there are Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, whom I think are both good actors and seem decent people. They have had a long marriage, I've met their kids--who are very well-adjusted, and they do good works in the world. I can't call myself a "fan" per se, but I admire their efforts. This is what I meant about not all celebrities being worthy of all the adulation they seem to be awarded automatically, based on their looks, etc. I'm sure it's incredibly easy to have it all go to one's head and some begin to believe their own hype about being special ( JLo comes to mind! LOL)...
I think underneath it all, Tori is not without some brains--her Dad clearly had them--and some depth, and perhaps she will shift gears and become a more
grounded Celeb in the long run........I'd like to see that.

Have a great Sunday smile.gif

I think last season was better. This season seems more scripted and they seem to spend more time in front of the camera doing their one on one with the camera this season.

I mean this in the nicest way...but...last season was much better.

I guess I'm the type....that has had their fill of kids. I'm not the type to

watch people's home movies, or look at more than one picture of someone's

kids. I HAVE kids....and I never pull pictures out, unless asked, and watching someone
elses kids, after a whole day of mine.....is NOT what I want to do.

Why? Because it can become....such a BORE!

MandaleMOM
I have just recently started wathcing the show. I have seen some new and some old. I love them both. Tori and Dean are so down to earth. Please keep the shows comming.

Hi Guys!

I love this season. The only person I'm missing sooooo much is Suzanne! What happened? Did she just decide she couldn't do it anymore. I hope you didn't have a falling out. I've watched since Day 1 and the production and the cast is so much more relaxed and is much better this season. I love it! I've also read both books and passed them on to friends (but not your mother's book, for sure). You guys make me laugh, cry, and cheer for you to be successful and those two babies are beautiful.

Enjoy, and I'll be tuned in for Season 5 as well!

Love to you,

Michelle

Ya know . . .it's mindless entertainment; one cannot expect to much more than that.

BUT . . .

the show is becoming a little bit more of a whining fest at this point, bordering on extremely annoying.

Hopefully the network can find something that's more worthwhile even if it is mindless, but at least enjoyable.

My opinion is; the network can run episodes of someone scratching a chalkboard, or have a two year old on a single constant & endless screaming note for the 1/2 hour or hour that the show runs & that might be as enjoyable as the show has become.

Time for the network to pull the PLUG>

I have been watching the show from day one and it just keeps getting better & better. Tori is hilarious amd has a real flair for comedy. She is open & honest about her life and mistakes she has made, as has Dean, same as the rest of us while growing to maturity.
This season is even more exciting with baby Stella joining the cast. I love watching this unique family offering a birdseye view into their life, juggling real life issues every family struggles with.
Tori has made such an impact on me, to the degree that I bought my first HSN jewelry that she designed.
My infant grandson )Nana's Cootie) loves her jewelry as much as Liam. He enjoys teething on fashionable sturdy accessories. Last Christmas my daughter (Doodlebug) and I purchased more jewelry for each other as Christmas gifts.
I can't wait to read her new book "Mommywood" to hear her hilarious take on being a parent.
I hope this shows exceeds the run that 90210 held...which would make her father so proud of her and all she has accomplished.

I love the show and have been watching it faithfully.
I think that every season is better than the last.
It continues the latest installment, and we viewers want to know what is going to happen, how the McDermottts are doing, etc.
I grew up in a similar environment to Tori, so in that sense, I identify with her.
(I no longer have that lifestyle, and it doesn't bother me; I've had to adjust.)
Tori and Dean are so down-to-earth, as a poster also wrote.
Tori is hard-working and makes her lifestyle possible with earning her own money.
If money were that important to her, she'd reconcile with her Mom, but it isn't.
I do hope though that Tori and her Mom eventually reconcile and become a family once aqgain.
That is good for everyone - for Tori, for her Mom, for Dean, and for the children!
It would be wonderful for Candy Spelling and for her grandkids to be in each others' lives!
I wish Tori, Dean, the children, and Patsy all the best!

biggrin.gif I just started watching this show off and on, but I really get a kick out the the interaction between Tori and Dean, what a good couple I hope they last. This has been a good season and I hope it continues....KUDOS to Tori and Dean and Oxygen!!!!

I LOVE this show! My daughter and I watch it together, and we think Dean is a sweetheart and Tori is hilarious. If you have critisism against the show then why watch it? I am so excited to go out and purhcase her books. I do not think Hollywood stars are this humbling and to bring cameras into their home and see that their children throw temper tantrums and the parents get frustrated and cry just like the rest of us! !!!
kymomto2
So far...so good. I do really, really, really, really, hope that they do not even mention Tori's mother at all. I've quit watching chelsea lately because she had Candy on as a guest....I really like tori and hope she holds it together. My own personal opinion is that even though I absolutely love this show that they should take next season off. Maybe do a couple of specials to keep us updated, but definately take a year off and don't become a Jon and Kate. I know that they're different, but let' face it couples in hollywood don't have the best odds and reality shows seriously seem to worsen those odds. Take the year off after this season!

Last season was sooo much better! I am so over tori and dean acting so stressed out when we all know that they love they both finally have jobs. Also, so sick of hearing tori say she is torn between staying at home and work. I'm now a stay-at-home mom for the first time at 37 to my six month old son. I had a very successful career and traveled all the time. I am now so secure in the fact that I get to stay home and feed and change my sons without a "baby nurse" ...what's up with that. No wonder Liam likes dean more! Get a grip you guys and realize your not that important to anyone else but your children. stop trying to just tell the cameras how important your kids are to you...The.Lifetime channel can wait.
Karys
I love both seasons but if I have to pick I would say this season because of the both babies Liam and Stella. They are soooo cute and I think it is cute how Liam looks more like Tori side and Stella looks like her father. I love how they seem so real in just family life, working and juggling kids. I wish the best to Tori & Dean and don't worry about haters because that means your doing something right! Keep this show going I'm excited to watch each week and see how the children are growing. Tori I know your mother is probably watching also to keep up with how her grandkids are growing. She is missing a special treat I hope this relationship heals.

The season when Tori and Dean decorated the bed & breakfast really got me hooked on their show; but now, with the children and Tori's children's clothing and jewelry line, plus some modeling in NY by Tori, I am hooked all over again. I really watch the show for her sense of fashion and design, so that is what I want to see more of.

Recently, I went into Barnes and Noble to buy Mommywood, and instead of having it in the BIO section--or on one of the upfront tables--they had Mommywood buried in the Parenting section on the very bottom shelf. I would have NEVER found it if it wasn't for the reference desk help. I think Tori could sell more books if her book was promoted better by Barnes and Noble. Additionally, I could not find the book in ALL of brevard county, Florida. I had to drive out of town to find it--no, i didn't want to wait for it to be shipped to me. After watching the show, I was very excited about reading the book, and yes, it is well written and quite an enjoyable read. Please note that I had to look up a word in the book "sans" which I never expected, that is, to increase my vocabulary while reading this book.

In closing, Tori and Dean you make a lovely couple and the "cleaner" your show is, the more I enjoy it. Stick with what you are good at: being decent, family people that are creative and adverturous.

I liked last season better.
I thought Tori seemed like a much nicer person then she does now.
I am completly annoyed that they have been to Canada twice and never mentioned Jack.
I realize he can't be seen on screen, but are we supposed to pretend he's been written off the "show"? That child is his son too.
Tori also seems way more bitter toward her mother, and that is turning me off.
She should listen to her friend Mehlan (sp?) before it's too late.
We only have one Mom.

I loved last season but this season just keeps getting better.

Well for all the waste of your time - you clearly watched the show - there is a choice of 200 other channels you know - and the fact that you took the time to come on here and b***ch about it, clearly means you have a lot of time to waste!!

After not tuning in since the 2nd season I decided to check the show out. To my disappointment this show has turned into another watch the wealthy play show. The topic of the week was motorcycle racing and trying to work around your busy publicity schedules. What happened to the guts of the show that real people could relate to. Congrats on your success you won't even notice you lost a viewer.

This show really bites. I think that Oxygen can find something better to put in the same time slot. Basically this show needs to be canceled. I find it boring, and not entertaining at all. The only reason I know the show is still on is because I watch the other cool and entertaining shows like Snap, and DAnce your a** off.

Do the Spelling's own a piece of your station? That is the only reason I can think the show has lasted this long.

You have an [actress] who had one hit (90210) and it really was a hit because of Shannon Dougherty and the cute blonde (not torie spelling). She wasn't any good in any of the Life Time Movies I saw her in (which I changed the channel immediately).

Her "b" actor husband makes "b" movies that I never heard of before. I am still waiting to see him on a movie with Lorenzo Lamas famous for "b" movies.

It is obvious he is still making movies because of Spelling's connections. I wonder if he is leaching off of her? We know she is the reason people tune in.

Couple of questions:

1. What ever happened to that hotel or cabin or bb they bought?

2. did her book ever sell?

3. did her dad really only leave her $800, 000 dls? that would explain their desperate attempt to this reality show, b movies, and book writing.

Good luck!

Hudson, you are correct. The station won't even know they lost a viewer. In my case, a viewer they never had for this show.

I'll continue to watch the Oxygen channel, because they do have some real cool and entertaining shows other than the one discussed in this board.

I think I may have responed before but I really liked last season in the sense we got to see the house more. Can the fans view a snapshot of each room? It could be added to the photo section of the website. I am into decorating and would love to see how eachof the rooms were decorated.

Those who respond saying 'don't watch the show'...Oxygen themselves asked which season was better. Last season or this. Last season seems more natural ... this is season is TOO scripted.

Answers:

1. They sold it

2. Book sold VERY WELL!!

3. Yes, her Dad left both her and Randy $800,000. Randy is kissing his moms rear-end all the time, so she makes sure he is being taken care of beyond the $800,000. It is really disgusting to go to her website and see what few pictures she has of Tori and the SLIDESHOWS she has of Randy.

Tori and Dean are like a fine bottle of wine-they get better with age! I like every season-its a progression of life with and without the tears and struggles. Sometimes we forget that this family is a real family. Ups, downs, parties, arguments, sex talk, etc. I love them and they are an inspiration for my husband and I to make the most of life and laugh no matter what!

I don't agree with this statement about "stupid people," but I do have some thoughts on this show. It used to be my favorite, but every week I am getting more and more frustrated.

I don’t normally do this sort of thing, but watching “Tori & Dean” last night sort of pushed me over the edge, you might say. Tori, you don’t just up and decide you can write children’s books. I went to college to learn HOW to write and have written several children’s stories, but my name is not “Spelling,” so I can’t find (or afford) an illustrator to help me get my stories published. I had professors tell me I should really write children’s books, that I have a definite talent. You just up and decide you can do it and snap … you write a children’s book. Just like you up and sing and make a music video.

My husband and I work our asses off to live what has been reduced to barely a middle class survival mode because of the crappy economy. This isn’t your problem, but I have a point. I promise.

We have owned our own small business for the past several years and my hubby has worked at a pharmaceutical company for 25 years now. We just had our first child...an absolute miracle from God in June 2006 and this past May celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary. During my pregnancy, I had to go to bed. We both almost died. My son was in the NICU and didn’t come home with me. I had a c-section too and had NO ONE to help me. I did it all myself and Daddy went back to work after staying with me for less than a week. We both knew if we were ever blessed with a child, we wanted me to stay home and raise him or her. Some months we can barely pay our cable bill. So now I have a three-year-old and my husband to take care of, a 3,000 square foot home to clean (Yes, I have to do my OWN cleaning), my dog, my cat, my plants, my charity work, etc. (oh, yeah, by the way, I don’t get the privilege of “using” a charity to bring in snow for my child). You have Patsy and sitters. You really do not do what the average working Mom does. We may not have the "latest and greatest," but my child is very happy, secure and loved.

You get a baby grand piano for the love of God and no one can even play it! (I’m sure you didn’t pay for it since we got such an ‘upclose and personal’ look at the “Baldwin” and Dean mentioned the name). We got a piano someone was going to take to the thrift store. It works and is a beautiful antique. Learning to play it is something I want to do before I die but right now, I just can’t afford the lessons and don’t have the time for them. You just up on a whim decide to do whatever the hell you want to do and because you are on TV, you get everything free! The other 90% of us have to truly work for EVERY thing that comes into our homes. I can’t believe the stroller story. Just leaving it in the garage? You seem to be the most ungrateful, selfish person I have ever seen in my life. Are all celebrities like you? If they are and people knew it, I think many of the “perks” would stop. And to complain about things you get free just blows my mind. I think you have referred to much of it as “junk.” I just wonder if viewers know the "advertising" game.

Liam’s birthday party. He is two for the love of God! How can you possibly top future birthday parties when you have done everything for the kids already and they aren’t even 3! They just get more elaborate and more elaborate. I just did my son’s third birthday party and struggled with a $500 budget. He loves sea life and whales, and we tried to give him the best we could. The children loved it and didn‘t know any different. Some even said it was the best party they had ever been to. Of course I would have loved to do so much more for him. I wish he could just have one of Liam’s cars. How many does he have? And on that note, how many do you have? I drive a 2005 Ford Explorer that we had to pay for. My husband drives an old Honda Accord that just keeps on running. We would love to have an Escalade or Range Rover. Not in the budget. Not during these difficult times.

You are “terrified” of flying, yet you fly more than ANYONE I know, with the exception of those who own their own planes! Most of your travel is for fun. Very little of your travel is truly for “business,” and since it’s filmed for the show, I’m sure it’s free too.

Most of us cannot go to Target and buy everything you need for kids on vacation. blink.gif

Your jewelry is really nice and I love the style. But I have had three of the pieces break after only wearing them once or twice. One of the adorable cuffs snapped right in two and HSN only offers a 30 day guarantee.

I had to pay thousands for my Lasik. I suppose Dean got it free. Along with the bicycles, scuba equipment, motorcycles, new furniture, LG TV’s everywhere. You get the point. You need a hobby too. It seems Dean has them all. Do you scrap or anything besides shop?

Have you not learned anything from your past experiences? You are straying so far from “normal,” I don’t know what planet you are on. You have exquisite taste, but now I’m questioning if it’s even really yours! I must say you are a very loving, nurturing mother. While you may not “drip” in diamonds like your Mom, in many other ways you are like her. My husband and I work our asses off to afford an average American lifestyle. We are both educated and doing the best we can. It just sickens me the things you people get … and get for free … when you can afford them and 90% of the rest of us couldn’t if we wanted to. It’s like you live for free gift bags from parties.

Tori, you are too thin. Please gain about 10 pounds. You look so much healthier with a little weight. It makes it hard for the rest of us when the people in the spotlight weigh 100 lbs. Think of Stella too. Don’t set that standard for her.

How many “best friends” can one person have? I have a handful of “best friends” and many “acquaintances.”

I feel like you are “playing” us (your audience and fans) for stupid fools. I have loved your show, books and have actually defended them to people. “Oh, Tori is really great. She is so genuine.“ Yes, that’s the word I used. I thought you may truly be people just like us, just with different careers. I was told it was all an act from the get go. I didn’t want to believe it, I guess. sad.gif

I wouldn’t trade my life for anything. I just wish things in life were a bit more fair. I am not jealous (well, maybe a teensy bit). I’m really just very disillusioned and tired.

Please cut the cord with your Mother. Believe me, hon, things will never change. I have been there.

I would love to have autographed photos of you and Dean, but no one seems to know how to even contact you.

All the best, Tori. I hope you will just take a moment and reflect. I don’t want to come off as being a bitch and please forgive me if I do. But you have two beautiful children. They want your time. Not “things.”

My deepest sympathies for the loss of Mimi. I have a 13-year-old Shih-Tzu. I know the time is coming, but just can't stand the thoughts…

I think this should be the final season of "Tori and Dean." Too scripted and frustrating to watch.

Okay you said you dont want to sound like a bitch? how couldnt you. you just complained about every little thing Tori has ever done on her show. You said you ONLY had 500 dollars for a three year olds birthday party? and you act like that is just nothing, you apprentaly havent been poor. i think the most ive ever had on a birthday party was like 50 dollars thats presents and everything. and thats a big one. on this new eposide i am watching, Tori said thanks to her haters, you are a very jealous hater. Tori never says shes just like everybody else. Im sure she knows she has it better then you and i. I think Tori is a very good mother. At least she is there for them. You have no idea whats it like to be poor. So stop acting like you do. you had the money to start the business with your husband, people where im from dont have money to eat on. So stop hating on Tori. Shes got it good, and i like how real she is. So leave it alone and stop being a bitch.

I was never into 90210. What got me started with watching Tori and Dean was their Bed n Breakfast. I have really enjoyed every season since then. I am relieved that Tori seems to rumenate less this season. That could be editing or that she is hitting her stride. I do give them both kudos for thier seemingly crazy lives. The kids are too cute! I love them.

I also love all the shows from all the seasons. They really show at how much is going on and the changes that go on in their lives. I especially enjoyed the one from Bill and Scout's wedding-the one where they go to Calgary to snow board and the one which is coming up with the verdict of Candy-Tori's mom coming for Stella's 1st birthday-a real suspenseful one I think.
