ok im 22 years old and me and my girl friend well mostly me are having problems i tryed looking all over the net and cant find any help at all. my girl friend says im not

by wenis hurts like it fills like i riped it or have paper cuts under the head were the foreskin is were its real senitive it also gets real dry and chaped and i cant even touch it. it bleeds from the cuts. am i too big or is it something eles? and what can i do about the really senitive skin to make it not so senitive or make it a rougher skin so the cut wont happen?
