22 mins into the first episode and I love it. I havent laughed so hard watching a tv show in a while.

I was into it. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about it (usually I have a hard time giving NEW shows a chance), but I thought it was pretty entertaining. I love the two gay guys

boring. fake everything. the people look so gross. wrinkles look better than that plaster face. the women look like people who had their skin burned off and they had surgery to look the way they used to. they dont see it. they just get more & more. and the situations are fake. people dont talk like that at work. i wont watch again. i dont like fake reality shows.

I just watched this show for the first time this morning. Firstly, the office is in Carmel Valley, not at all in downtown LaJolla so I'm not sure why they only show LaJolla shots. They should show the Von's and dry cleaners a block away. Carmel Valley is east of the I-5 and at least 25 minutes from downtown LaJolla, more in 5pm traffic. The MD looks like a good guy but the spa end is a bit over the top. Plus, when everyone looks like they've had too much plastic surgery (including the CEO) then you tend to not want to listen to their advice.

I want to get plastic surgery, i am not cute at all.

love this show--sooo funny___use to work near lajolla--now to get down to bizness..Diane looks like the women on housewives of orange county...all have had lips done--all of the faces look like halloween masks from when I was a kid, the plastic kind! what a waste of a college medical education....plastic surgery should be used to repair accidents, help people with disformities, --he uses most of his time with botox--too bad they can't see how they all look--even the doc's face looks fake...but I will continue to watch for the laughs...I would resent the gay sterotypes...that all gay men are silly, crying kids, etc---calling women the B word, becuz they really want tobe women....I'm out!!

I am not watching it again either - it was too scripted! I don't like fake reality - at least the OBVIOUS fake reality!! LOL

It was actually painful to see those women's faces.... they looked so 'unreal'... I can't get over how women think they look GOOD when they truly have ruined themselves. )Maybe they didn't research their surgeons backgrounds) Diana has lumps all around her stiff lips... like silicone gone bad.

Don't they know people gape at them in disbelief behind their backs?

sigh ------ I thought this show was going to be interesting, but can't LOOK at the bad acting and ruined faces.

It wasn't what I was expecting. thought it would be more of a documentary style thing. the two boys are catty. my mom found it especially difficult to look at dianne and sharyn. I wouldn't want to get work done if I went their and were greated by them. Maybe that's the norm in la jolla but not the rest of the world lol
All the same I'll be watching. instantly hooked for some reason. if it gets any faker I may not though.

It's like their faces don't move! They also walk very stiff... over-Botox side effect???

If people are going to pay out the wazoo for plastic surgery and beauty treatments shouldn't the people who work there be beautiful????

i know right i was watching the first episode and i thought i t was so awsome i thought i was going to die this show is so cool they make me feel i want to get a bowtox when i get older.

I like the show although what a bunch of dinks!! I mean for real, will they watch the show later and realize how shallow they come off?

If this is how people are in California, then I would never survive out there. They all seem too snobby. I like the show though, but I would feel really uncomfortable around people like that.
