Okay this show is awful- as a staff. I have been working in the Beauty Industry for over 16 years and I have worked my way up from Receptionist to the Spa director. I would fire the whole staff and start again. Gary the receptionist needs to be fired. He is useless. Ronnie position is obsolete. Shannyn is rude and not a good manager. She needs to be friendly and firm with the staff not mean and demeaning and scaring them. I would hire that staff and they all need to look at themselves and realize that at the end of the day it is a business in the beauty industry and the guests always come first.

Oh my. This show has to be staged because any sane business owner would have fired this bunch a long time ago. Please don't insult my intelligence. Gary is the biggest crybaby and has to be on this show for the pure stupidity of it all. I think I'll pass on this so-called reality show.

I would fire Gary immediately and fire Ronnie when he got back from lunch. I would keep the brunette who does all the work. The place would have a chance if they got rid of Gary and Ronnie before sundown today.

I agree with the above posters. The entire staff needs to be replaced (including the new manager Shannyn). Better yet, here's hoping this bottom of the barrel "reality" show goes away quickly.

Dr. Lee seems to be the only person on the show with any common sense and I wonder why he would need a partnership with such a dysfunctional group of people. Is he not concerned about how this show and these people are going to affect his personal reputation? I would be.

I wish I had the hour back I spent watching this mess.

All of you have it so wrong...can't you see it's a parody on the shallowness of people? The dysfunctional staff is what makes this work. Think about this as a comedy and a play on people who only think of themselves. Relax and enjoy...let's face it--the show would be boring if everyone appeared professional.

Of course this show is staged...it's about laughing at yourself and other shallow people.

I am not believing this!!!! I am an Aesthetician/Aesthetics Instructor and a National Make Up Artist for a very well known company and I have never in my life heard such BS as I have on this show! I don't know where to begin. Lets work on our image just a bit. People don't care if you are wearing Gucci, Bill Blass, Oscar, or AMERICAN EAGLE! They want their skin corrected! They just want to know that you know what you are doing and that you can help them! Which snowballs into my nother issue. Get some education guys!!!!!! Know what peptides and antioxidents are before you start using the terms!!!! Know what makes a product do what you say it does before recommending it to a client!! My students graduate with more knowledge than you guys are offeing! Sheesh!

I feel bad for the doctor. If these people represent him.......that's just to bad.

I couldn't agree more. Oxygen what are you thinking by putting this show on TV. What a waste of time and money. If you actually documented the place it may have been okay to stomach but the scripted reality crud was horribly done. I will not watch this again. I hope this isn't a taste of what's to come for your network. If it is you've lost another viewer!

They are some scary looking people. Oxy needs to reclassify that show as a horror series.

OMG Gary was so bad the other day! Leaving his desk all dirty and full of food, the pillows all over the floor like someone was having a slumber party, the makeup all over the counter, looking messy and unappealing. Why wasn't this guy fired? Oh yeah because Oxy is paying him to do that! Yuck the people on this show are so gross!

Diane is never around, Gary is a flake, Ronnie is just plain icky, Natasha is the only one with a brain, Shannyn looks HORRIBLY overdone, Dr, Lee looks like he's wearing a plastic mask and his staff is weird looking too.

Hell I don't know what most of the staff is supposed to be doing or does. What does a concierge do in a SPA other than handle the implants?
That being said ... I find this show rather entertaining. Is Dr. Lee a real doc? He seems so totally cool.
and for the record... I think Gary is fabulous!

As I'm watching this show what comes to my mind is, "this Dr. must be a doc-in-a-box!" Seriously his staff is ridiculous and it makes him look like a 3rd rate plastic surgeon. I know I wouldn't go to him for ANYTHING!! I can't imagine he's really doing any serious surgery other than injections and facials.

I wish they would get rid of Shannyn. I couldn't agree with Diane more, that this little pipsqueak needs to shut up and just do her job. Apparently she has forgotten who owns this company and pays her salary each week. She talks about Diane needing to "grow up", please Shannyn you so need to be the one to Grow up. You teased us on a couple of episodes by saying it may be time for you to move on. Oh, if only you truly meant that and weren't just fishing for a "please don't go Shannyn you're so needed here, what ever would we do without you, blah, blah, blah."

I messed up I didn't mean Shannyn I meant Natasha. And by the way, I love this show! It's nice to be able to escape for an hour and have some laughs. I really hope that Oxygen has a second season in the making.
