Tori i think you are an amazing person with a good hart and love for your children and your family, you have one mother never give up on having a relashionship with your mother. dean was mean and insentive to you about your mother maybe becosue it was easy for him to cut his father out of his life, he should not try to push his feelings on you. i agree with you that you should keep it private with your mom. and dean should stop being so insecure and jelouse of you and your mom.

I have to say I agree. They both deserve each other. Yes last night Dean was knocking Candy and said he would do anything for his kids yet what he DID was move a country AWAY from his son Jack and dumped the baby he and his first wife were adopting just cause he met (& slept) with Tori the first day he met her. REal nice both of them are.Shining examples for (all) their children! LOL

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. When Dean told Tori he was being protective of his wife, my 1st thought was, No! You are being controlling! I think he is jealous of Tori's love for her mom. Husbands should never get between a wife & her mom!
Also, where was his son Jack at Stella's party? Not there!
I think Tori is smart to try to mend her relationship with her mom in private, and once all is better, she can talk about it on the show.

If you love her stop being so dang into your self and grow up and take care of you family financially so your wife can have a choice to stay home with her babies for a minute...She maybe a workaholic but she also wants to be there to nurture her kids while they need her to be there.

I so agree. I've watched the show for a few seasons and have enjoyed it. I actually think Dean and Tori make a great couple. But something went haywire this season for me. Dean appears to be insensitive to Tori's relationship with her Mother. Plus, it's should be between Tori and Candy - Dean should just shut up. This season has painted Dean as irresponsibile, lazy and a bit selfish. I hope he changes .... Can you tell, I'm not liking Dean this season at all.

PS: Tori looks great .. and everyone needs their Mother. Make that relationship work .. and keep it private.

Dean didn't move a country away, his ex-wife did. Dean & his ex wife lived in the States when they split, she moved back to Canada to try to revive her dead career after trying to make living selling a book marketing off of Tori's name & bashing Tori. When no one would touch the book, she moved back to Canada. Her attempt to re-vive her career there flopped, she she moved back to LA.

Jack isn't allowed to be shown on camera, therefore no one has any idea whether he was at the party or not. Bet he was, though.

Mary Jo had a thriving career in Canada but Dean wanted to move to LA because he was getting fewer and fewer parts and thought it would be better to move to LA. He's no Callum Keith Rennie, who has a thriving career in both countries, though.

Mary Jo moved back to try to revive the career she gave up for her husband. Don't know if it's failed, or if she moved back so Jack could be near his dad.

I honestly think all this with Tori's mom is just annoying already but I feel like I've got to weigh in because of a similar personal experience. We don't speak to my husbands family. All the trouble started right around the time we had our first child. I don't need to get into the details of what was going on becuause it's not too relevant to the point I want to make. I can completely understand where Dean is coming from and don't think he's being a jerk for wanting Tori to figure this out already. We only get one mother but unfortunately sometimes things haqppen and it's better to just stay out of each others lives. When my husband was in limbo with his parents, it was torture on our marriage and the stress even filtered down to the kids. It got to a point where I was tired of this back and forth and stressful conflict "should I or shouldn't I" "will she show up or not" All my inlaws complained about was that they didn't get to see my kids,I invited them to my daughters christening and then my sons birthday party. Mother in law showed up at the christening and called my baby a bitch, and was a no show for the birthday party. That's when my husband finally realized he needed to cut ties for the sanity and happiness of our family. It kills he and I everyday that our kids don't have those grandparents in their life, but we knew it was the right choice for us, no matter how hard it was. I can see why Dean wants this to be resolved one way or another, he's not being selfish, or a jerk, it's very difficult to live with a family in a situation like that and they all deserve a resolution. Sorry for being so lengthy

......that was a horrible situation and I don't blame you for cutting it off . What kind of a grandmother would call her baby grandaughter a bitch ? Does your mother inlaw have drug and alcohol problems ? You certainly made the right choice it sounds like to me ....

If you notice, they're very careful about showing a lot of Jack, probably at his mom's request. They have pictures of all three kids in their den and whenever they show Jack's, it's blurred out. They really didn't show his face the time he came to surprise Dean. He is supposed to have a room in their new house, but I think his mother wants him protected from the limelight. He's probably there a lot more than the show lets on.

Also, Dean's "daughter" was an infant when she was adopted, and since the adoption was finalized after Dean left, there probably isn't a connection. His ex-wife adopted the baby on her own, so she's not Dean's daughter.

Sorry, her career in Canada bombed because she was so mean to her co-star and where she once had been the media darling the Canadian press starting shunning her, that's when they moved to LA. Her return to Canadian to try to revive her career also bombed major.

I agree with Jcurran23 regarding Dean. At some point someone has to step up and give Tori some tough love. He could have been a lot more harsh as he stated. The constant whining from Tori throughout their marriage is obviously getting on Dean's last nerve. It's not like she's 16 yrs old, she's 35 or 36 and needs to step up or this Mom fued will cause more problems between T&D.

Mehran always tries to tell Tori to call her Mom but she acts like she doesn't want to hear that. She wants to hear "Poor Tori" and that's so old and played out. One minute she's blasting her Mom and the next minute she's telling Dean he's mean and "that's her Mom". Is it an act or is she sincere..............IDK.

I agree. Also in one of the epi's Tori says Dean is so hands on with Liam, what about his first born son, they never mention him. If he's not on the show per request by Dean's ex is one thing but why don't they at least talk about Jack.

As far as them both being married when they hooked up, Dean saw a hot pice of azz, like he always says to Tori. What if the sex goes away for some reason, would their marriage survive that.
