I was just wondering if anyone knows how she really lost all the baby weight. The last time I watched was just after the first child was born.
Now, I see they have 2 kids and she looks like a size zero.

I'm not bashing - I'm struggling with loosing baby weight and was just wondering how she did it??? unsure.gif

I remember the Anna Nicole Trim Spa commercials and she looked great. But, then when she died, we learned the truth, that she was taking some kind of hormone injections to loose weight. Where do I get some of them shots? laugh.gif

i read in a magazine she ate 1200 calories a day and exercised. I have been trying to lose weight too and it is hard to only eat 1200 calories a day, in the article it said she ate
breakfast yogurt
lunch soup
snack celery and peanut butter
dinner i forget, i think it was protien and soemthing else.
i think the best way to lose weight is eat a lot of veggies, some friut, drink lots of water, exercise everyday including sunday, for 30 to 45 minutes a day.
have some protein each day,
exclude soda, alcohol, sugar, white flour of any kind. do not eat after 730pm.
it is hard not to eat dessert when everyone else is.
try keeping a food diary to tract your calorie count, you need to be very discplined to lose weight, good luck to you.

She's always on the go too, probably burns those calories fast. I remember having 2 babies in diapers, working and always on the go. That diet above is a good one, you have to trick your brain with healthy stuff like Special K w/chocolate pieces in it satisfies an ice cream craving and so does yogurt.

There's a book out called "Eat this, Not that", really good book, you'd be surprised at what you can eat and lose weight.
