I have been trying to lose weight since Nov. 08. As of today I have lost a total of 30lbs. I have at least 75 more pounds to lose-I have been stepping up my cardio and my exercise but nothing on the scales are coming off and I am getting very discouraged.....My eating has greatly improved and I am not having any problems with my food intake. So how do I keep my self from being defeated and what is wrong with my body???? HELP!!!!
Get off the scales for a while and get more in tune with your body as far as feeling and seeing the change. You're probably losing fat and gaining muscle, the scales can't tell you that. It'll only trick and discourage you there- when I'm sure you have made progress and are doing a great job. Keep it up!!
