I was in the Army. I was medically retired in November 08 due to major injuries. I fractured my spine in 3 spots all in the sacral vertebrea (lower back). Broke both sides of my pelvis and it healed wrong now. I also have nerve damage from a spinal tap that went wrong. Also have lyme disease that went untreated for a long time now suffer from lyme artheritis in the knees and spine.

Due to the injuries i am in pain almost everyday and doing anything for a long period of time puts me in more pain, even sitting. so every night i am in alot of pain. I was so depressed about it for a long period of time.

Since i started watching DANCE YOUR a** OFF i been motivated to start losing weight and get back in shape. i am not that over wieght or anything. i just would like to get back to my weight before the army put me on 3 month bed rest and that is 45 pounds to lose. i would be happy with 30.

Now i would like some ideas on how to do that with out causing me to much more pain. since most of my injuries are in the lower body. all i been doing lately is walking my dog. i am motivated to lose the wieght. and would like ideas

so thank you in advance for your ideas just dont say you feel bad due to my injuries. it is life and i have to deal with it i am just not going to let it depress me and make unhealthy. (Sorry i didnt mean to sound mean)
