OMG!!! I love the show but Sam & Curtis ruin the show. They are sooooooo irrelevant and sooooooo stupid! I can't believe they have people like them working in a restaurant.

Are you kidding me? Sam is a rude ignorant man. I would be so angry if my waiter had the balls to go back into the kitchen and bitch about me! He has nothing nice to say about anyone. You can even order water without him complaining about you. When he was making fun of those elderly people i just wanted to call them and tell them they should fire Sam! He has no place there!

I totally agree with LIz, really what is the point of Sam and Curtis???? They would be entertaining if they had anything to actually add to the show but they truly don't...not even in a guilty pleasure type of way. I'm more interested in whats going on the kitchen than I am in seeing who can fold 20 napkins the fastest. Really??? Who can fold 20 napkins the fastest??? And whats up with Curtis' hair?? It looks like it belongs on a dept. store mannequin from the 1970's...EARLY 1970's! They're just annoying and I loves me some gay folks!!! LOVE EM! Just not those two, sorry. The rest of the show is entertaining though in every way.

Sam seems a little rude, but I still think he's funny. And Curtis is just adorable. They make the show interesting.

I have been watching the show and I think that Sam and Curtis (Curtis especially) add a great lightness to the show. If you have ever worked in the restaurant industry, whether as a waiter or host or any position, you would know what a tedious and boring job it can be. They are just trying to have fun. If you do not like the show, turn it off! Quit hating - this is all so ridiculous I can't stand it! If you do not have something nice to say, just don't bother saying it - no one wants to hear you bad mouthing someone's hair! Again - if you don't like it don't watch it - who cares what you think anyway?

Are y'all for real??? They are the only reason I can stand the show at all! Pretty much everything Curtis says is hilarious. Everyone else is so serious and boring but Curtis and Sam add comic relief. If they were't on it, there's no way I'd watch it. obviously you have never worked in a restaurant. every waiter complains about having to run back and get stuff and there's nothing more annoying than grabbing waters. every time you're in the kitchen someone is complaining about their table. yea, it's your job but it's such a waste of time when you're packed. curtis, you're fab. much love.

To those who care, I take back what I said about "Sam and Curtis". Its not their fault that whoever directs and/or edits the show have chosen to use the particular footage they use. The real problem I have is with whoever puts the final show together. Some of the footage used is just a waste of film and time. I understand they have to film these people for hours on end in order to "capture moments" . It cant be an easy job to have to go through and screen all that footage too I'm sure. But out of all the hours they have to choose from they could do a better job. And in response to Moonlight's post, I don't HATE the show I enjoy it very much like I said in my first post. I lived with a boyfriend for seven years who was a waiter at a very popular restaurant during the time that we were together and although I've never experienced that job first hand I did learn more about the food service industry than I ever cared to know, good and bad. I have a great deal of respect for those people. . I do still hold to what I said about Curtis' hair simply because I don't like it. Its distracting in a way. I just can't get past it, it's mannequin looking to me. It's obvious it's his own hair but it looks so wiggish, again MY OPINION. And last but not least....If nobody cared what I had to say on here then nobody would have replied to my post....and yet SOMEBODY did, so thank you!!

Curtis is ok. i don't really like Sam though. he's a sh*t talker. Curtis doesn't have 70s hair either. its more like "scene" hair. what person had hair like that in the 70s... 0_o

I love Curtis and I love this show. I miss it so much. My husband and I do ^^lint roller time!!^^
