This is my first time here and i really hope there is somebody out there who can help out me and my girlfriend. You see whenever we have sex together I am embarrassed to say that I am a very quick ejaculator. No matter what I do to prolong the experience with her it happens over and over. What can cause this and is there anything I can do to change it.

you can try desensitizing cream. It's the same stuff that dentists use to numb your mouth so it's safe to use. it will numb you a bit before sex but make sure to use it 10 minutes before sex becuase if you don't, you'll numb her!

another suggestion is to use a thicker condom so it reduces the feeling for you.
