What do you thing about this case? Do you think she should have gotten off. The reality is she didn't kill him, the hospital made a mistake and the ambulance took too long to get there. Now, granted, if she had not shot him, he would not have had to go to the hospital, but he was no angel in this case. He was playing with her and the other girls' emotions. How are you going to be going with two girls for three years and ask both of them to marry you? That is wrong. Her mistake was not walking away and saying the heck with it.
Nikki should have served some time, whether it be 60 days or whatever. She just should not have got off scott free, but oh well, thats American Justice for us.

I think that she should of gotten some prison time because if she wouldn't of shot him, he wouldnt of died in the hospital. She's as much to blame as the hospital cuz if it wasnt for her he wouldnt of been there in the first place!
Didn't she plead self defense? She thought he was going for a gun that she said he always had with him. When his car was searched, no gun was found. Did he even own a gun? He was a player & he got caught at it. Nikki Redmond may have been found innocent but chances are her actions have ruined her life. I would like to know if she was able to retain her teaching certificate & was she sued for wrongful death?
She fired the gun that killed that man. And she got nothing. Not even a slap on the wrist. There have been others whom didn't fire a weapon ( I won't tell you whom they are...alright I will. Beth Carpenter and Mechele Linehan) and got LIFE in prison. But yet this hussy got off scott free. Go figure.
