She was not on trial for screwing around. She was on trial because she was falsely accused of killing her husband.

Hello? Cindy didn't kill her husband, okay? The prosecution f**ked up. Therefore, she didn't deserve the two years that she did serve.
As for her screwing around, Mr/Ms. Puritan, her husband was dead by that time. People handle grief in different ways.
Was she supposed to commit suttee (look it up)?
You obviously have issues, Sommers did not deserve to spend 2 1/2 years in prison for a crime she did not commit nor did her children deserve to have lost both parents to this tragedy anymore than you deserve to be locked up for such a ridiculous comment, maybe she didn't handle her grief in the most appropriate manner but none of us know unless we've been there how we would handle a situation like that, my husband, also a Marine now suffers from the same heart condition that Sommers husband suffered and when I first heard her story years back I thought that could be my husband and what if I were the one being falsely accused, it really made me think, it's too bad so many people are so quick to judge before first thinking about the situation.

cassio definitely has issues. Either he was cheated on or he just plain hates woman.
That woman was wrongfully convicted. She was not screwing around on her husband; he was already deceased.
