Just wanted to post my feelings on the Snapped episode of the Humphreys, who murdered in cold bold the bartender, (Susan Rozzo?). Not sure of the victims name, sorry.
I really think it's wrong the way Oxygen network painted Ashley Humphrey into a brain washed, abused, innocent young lady, and how she got a plea deal for 25 years for stalking and shooting this poor woman to death in the garage of her own home.
Yes, Tracy was the mastermind, but Ashley still murdered this poor woman in the prime of her life.

I felt sorry for Ashley. Tracey Humphrey was a predator. He talked her into killing Sandra Rozzo.
She had a touch life growing up and Humphrey knew it. That type of man knows what women to latch onto.

Im sure she feels extra pooty. But the court believed beyond a reasonable doubt that tracy was the evil evil evil mastermind!!! Ashley was a really weak person, she should have never done that for a man

I completely agree with you on the way Ashley talked during the interview. She didn't appear to be upset at all and the way she described looking into Sandra's eyes to make sure she was dead made me sick. In my opinion they both deserved the death penalty! My hubby doesn't usually watch these shows with me but he was even shocked at how she matter of factly described the incident in detail. It even seemed that Sandra's mother sympathized a little with her. I had a horrible life growing up and so have a lot of ppl, but that doesn't give anyone the excuse to not know better. Such a sad case.

I too thought she told this matter of factually as if she was just telling a story and not telling how she actually murdered a woman! I understand she was not the mastermind behind the whole thing but she was the one who ultimately pulled the trigger and she did it 8 times! She did not appear to be sorry nor did she appear to want to "take it back" as she claimed. I believe she learned how to manipulate others from a master!

It's one thing to use your bad childhood to say you abused drugs or alcohol to cope but another to say "My life was hard and my bf turned hubby convinced me to kill a woman he raped so he wouldn't go to jail. I had no choice because I was brainwashed and abused as a little girl". That's a cop out and total bull.
Tracey may have brainwashed her that he was innocent of the rape (or that Sandra deserved it) but Ashley knew what she was doing because she called him BEFORE and AFTER the murder to report what was going on.
Didn't she shoot her 8 times??? That was a woman on a mission to get back at the victim in the rape case who was going to send her husband to prison. I don't doubt that he went on and on about how Sandra was going to have him sent away and that he would never see Ashley again and made a remark that if she was dead he'd be safe. Ashley jumped at the chance to get this woman out of their lives and didn't even think twice about it and if she did think twice it was only to better the plan so they could get away with it.
Let's remember the victim and how scared she was when she was gunned down in her garage. Let's remember her and say to ourselves "Sandra must have been in so much pain being shot over a half a dozen times, I feel sorry for her and her family". I have no sympathy whatsoever for Ashley. She is a cold blooded killer.
