I was floored after I saw the "Elicia Hughes" episode. At the end, I said, "What the f*ck just happened?!" How in the he11 did she get off scott free with a follow-up miracle trial?! It doesn't take Colombo to know she killed her husband! No man would shoot a guy in the nuts. Only a woman scorned. How and why did that judge allow for a new trial with the new attorney? How much $ was he given? How much political pressure did he get from somewhere to do this? Did the judge's wife give him bunch of sh*t at home to let Elicia get a "new" and set-up trial to get her acquitted? What a bunch cr*p. Justice was not served. The only good that came of it is that her two kids have their mom still, but after they are grown and out of the house, I hope his ghost comes back and haunts her a** untill she loses her mind (again).

B**ch is as guilty as sin. Yeah, the guy was cheating on her, but NO ONE is worth going to jail or death row. Kick them to the curb and move on.

It was a strange case, but the .45 holster found in the bedroom pretty much left me to believe that his wife walked away w/ murder.
