I also have a great suggestion for the show. I really hope one is done about this woman. Her name is Sheila Labarre. I just got done reading a book about her called Wicked Intentions. It's about a woman from New Hampshire who lured men to a 115 acre farm she basically stole from an old doctor and his family, tortured and murdered them there. Then burned their bodies. It was truly messed up, but would make a great episode.
There was a murder in my home town that would also make a good episode. A beloved eye doctor was murdered in his home, His wife and her twin sister were both charged in the case. The wife was portrayed as the "evil"twin and the sister as the "good" twin because of the differences in their life styles. Police said the good twin hooked the evil twin up with the man who actually did the murder. The wife was convicted of the murder for hire and was sentenced to life in prison. The sister was aquitted. The sister was on the Jenny Jones show and other talk shows proclaiming the evil twin's innocence. You wouldn't believe the letters to the local papers harping about the injustice done based on viewers seeing the sister on the show. Most people here believe the sister was guilty. Both trials were held in other towns. The sister was a soft spoken school teacher and active in her church. The wife was a hell raiser who had affairs and was said to hate her husband who was preparing to divorce her. She had been an employee in his practice and broke up his first marriage. The local paper reported that on the day the wife was found guilty, people in my hometown were celebrating.. When the news of the conviction was announced on the radio, car horns were blowing and people were hopping out of their cars and doing dances in the street. The wife was represented by a very successful attorney. It is said he fell in love with her as he met with her in jail, some say they even had sex in the cell. I don't know if it was true, but his wife divorced him and his law firm kicked him out. I think he ended up leaving town. It sure was an interesting event and was made into a very bad TV movie. I wish Snapped would do it because they know how to do it well
